Navigate to the Insights tab
Open the Veyda app and tap Insights in the bottom navigation bar. The Insights tab loads your personalized feed, which refreshes each time you open it based on the latest synced data from your devices. The Insights feed
The feed is organized in two sections: Daily summary card — The card at the top of the feed gives you a snapshot of today’s key metrics: an overall readiness score, highlights from your sleep, activity, and recovery data, and a one-sentence summary of your most important insight for the day. Tap the card to expand it into a full daily report. Insight cards — Below the daily summary, a scrollable list of individual insight cards appears in priority order, with the most actionable and time-sensitive insights shown first. Pull down to refresh the feed at any time.Anatomy of an insight card
Each insight card contains several elements:- Title — A plain-language description of the finding, such as “Your sleep efficiency dropped 12% this week.”
- Category badge — A color-coded label (Sleep, Activity, Recovery, Nutrition, or Heart) that identifies which area of your health the insight relates to.
- Confidence bar — A horizontal bar indicating how confident Veyda is in the insight, ranging from Low to Very High. More data and longer history produce higher confidence.
- Supporting metrics — Two or three key data points that underpin the insight, shown as small metric tiles beneath the confidence bar.
- Recommended action button — A tappable button that opens a specific, evidence-based recommendation. For example, “Aim for 30 more minutes of sleep” or “Consider a rest day tomorrow.”
Filter insights by category
To focus on a specific health domain, use the filter bar directly below the daily summary card:- Tap a category pill — Sleep, Activity, Recovery, Nutrition, or Heart — to show only insights in that category.
- Tap All to return to the full feed.
- Tap and hold a category pill to pin it as your default filter.

Rate or dismiss an insight
Veyda learns from your feedback. At the bottom of every insight card you will find two actions:- Thumbs up — Mark an insight as useful. Veyda surfaces more insights of this type and confidence level.
- Thumbs down — Mark an insight as not useful or irrelevant. Veyda reduces the prominence of similar insights and may ask a brief follow-up question to understand why.
- Dismiss — Swipe left on an insight card in the feed to dismiss it. Dismissed insights move to the Archived section of your profile and no longer appear in the main feed.

What does each confidence level mean?
The confidence bar on an insight card reflects how much high-quality data Veyda had available when generating the insight and how consistent the underlying signal is.Low confidence
Low confidence
Veyda detected a possible pattern but does not yet have enough data to be certain. This typically happens in the first few weeks of using Veyda, after connecting a new device, or when the underlying metric has only been recorded a handful of times. Treat Low confidence insights as early signals worth watching rather than firm conclusions. Continuing to sync your devices will build the data history Veyda needs to increase confidence.
Moderate confidence
Moderate confidence
Veyda has enough data to identify a meaningful pattern, but some variability or gaps in the data introduce uncertainty. Moderate confidence insights are reliable enough to act on in a general sense — for example, prioritizing sleep or reducing training load — but you should consider them alongside how you feel rather than as definitive findings.
High confidence
High confidence
Veyda identified a consistent, well-supported pattern across multiple data sources and a meaningful time window. High confidence insights reflect strong signals and are good candidates for sharing with a healthcare provider or building a habit around.
Very High confidence
Very High confidence
Veyda has extensive, consistent data that strongly supports the insight. Very High confidence insights represent the clearest findings Veyda can produce and are typically backed by weeks or months of corroborating data across several metrics. If you act on any insights, prioritize these.
