Veyda becomes more powerful with every data source you connect. Each integration you add contributes a new dimension to your health intelligence — your sleep data from a wearable pairs with your nutrition logs, your activity trends align with your stress scores, and together they surface patterns that no single source could reveal on its own. The more complete your picture, the more precise and actionable your recommendations become.

Why integrations matter

Health is not a single metric. It is the relationship between dozens of signals measured across time. When Veyda has access to your heart rate variability alongside your calorie intake, your sleep stages alongside your training load, and your resting heart rate alongside your stress levels, it can identify correlations that would otherwise remain invisible. A connected health ecosystem means Veyda works with your full biological context — not just a fragment of it.

Integration categories

Integration availability may vary by region. Some platforms and devices are not supported in all countries. Check the individual integration page for regional availability details.

Wearables & Trackers

Connect Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Whoop, Oura Ring, and Samsung Galaxy Watch to stream real-time biometric data including heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, and activity metrics.

Health Platforms

Link Apple Health, Google Fit, and Garmin Connect to consolidate data from multiple devices and apps into a single unified health profile inside Veyda.

Nutrition & Diet

Sync nutrition logs, calorie intake, and macronutrient breakdowns from MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, and other diet tracking apps to understand how your food choices affect your health metrics.

Mental Health

Connect mindfulness apps to bring stress, mood, and recovery data into your health intelligence dashboard. Veyda reads mindfulness minutes from apps that write to Apple Health.

Medical Devices

Integrate continuous glucose monitors, blood pressure cuffs, and other medical-grade devices to enrich your health profile with clinical-quality measurements.

How integrations work

Veyda uses OAuth-based authorization to connect to third-party platforms. You never share your credentials with Veyda directly — instead, you authorize Veyda through the platform’s own secure login flow, granting permission for specific data categories only. This means you remain in full control of what each integration can access. Once you authorize a connection, Veyda begins syncing data automatically in the background. Most integrations refresh on a regular schedule — typically every 15 to 60 minutes — so your dashboard stays current without any manual action on your part. When you open Veyda, your latest metrics are already waiting for you. Historical data is imported during the initial connection for most integrations, letting Veyda analyze trends from the moment you connect rather than starting from scratch. The amount of historical data available depends on the platform — see each integration’s page for details.

Managing your integrations

You manage all of your connected sources from the Connections page inside Settings. Each integration card displays a real-time status indicator:
StatusMeaning
ActiveThe integration is connected and syncing normally.
SyncingA sync is currently in progress. Data will appear shortly.
ErrorThe connection has encountered a problem. Select the card to see details and reconnect if needed.
To add a new integration, select Add connection on the Connections page and choose your platform from the list. To remove an integration, open its card and select Disconnect. Disconnecting stops future syncs but does not delete historical data already imported into Veyda.

Coming soon

New integrations are added to Veyda on a regular basis. If a platform or device you rely on is not yet supported, you can request an integration and vote on integrations others have suggested. The most-requested integrations are prioritized for upcoming releases.
